Your tasks

  • Production and preparation of breakfast service and weekend brunch service starting at 6 a.m.
  • Assisting with the production and preparation of lunch, afternoon, and dinner service, as well as banquet and seminar service
  • Assisting with the production and preparation of Stoller ice cream and dessert coupes
  • Working according to recipes and adhering to HACCP standards
  • Stewarding dishes and pots
  • Daily deep cleaning in the office, kitchen area and canteen
  • Help in the kitchen; knowledge and compliance of food regulations according to HACCP guidelines

Your profile

  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • German language skills (minimum level A2)
  • Open-minded and friendly nature
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Teamplayer
  • Passionate about our industry, having joy in working
  • Excellent service skills
