Our environmental program offers the opportunity to use the room and bathroom linen multiple times during your stay. If you would like a daily linen change or require additional supplies, please contact reception.

Zurich Tourism charges a city tax of CHF 3.50 per person/night, which is in addition to the room price.

A coffee machine and a kettle are available for your use. Coffee capsules and tea bags are refilled daily by our room service staff. Any additional order is subject to a charge.

The front desk will be happy to exchange Euros and US Dollars at our hotel exchange rate. The post office at Albisriederplatz also changes your foreign currencies.

The WIFI is available free of charge. To use it, select the “Stoller” network. No password is required.

Should you stay longer with us, we ask you to make a payment all 7 days, or wehn you exeed CHF 1,000.00.

An iron and ironing board can be brought to your room upon request. If you don't want to iron your laundry yourself, our paid ironing service is available daily until 6 p.m.

We can do your laundy in our hotel for you. In the closet you can find the price list and a laundry bag. If you give the laundry before 10am, you will receive it the next morning before noon.

Should you want express service, we ask you to drop it off before 9am that you get it back at 6pm. There is a 100% surcharge for express service.

Dry cleaning upon request

Will be stored for one year. After that we will discard it.

We will be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge. We only store your luggage during your arrival and departure day or between reservations.

If you have stamped mail, we can bring it to the post office for you. Should you need to send something yourself, there is a post office at the Albisriederplatz. We will not receive and send any packages/mail for you. You always have to sign for it yourself due to liability reasons.

Your minibar contains water and soft drinks, which are available to you free of charge during your stay. Additional drinks can be ordered at the fornt desk. These additional drinks are subject to a charge.

Directly at Albisriederplatz there are two pharmacies.

Should you have an emergency you can go to Notfall Kreis 3, which is 5 minutes walk from Hotel Stoller.

We are happy to offer you a selection of pillows (soft, medium, hard, down, hypoallergenic). Should you have a special request, please contact the front desk between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Directly at the Albisriederplatz you can take tram number 3 to Zurich main station (HB) or number 2 to the Paradeplatz and the lake.

In every room we have a safe which can be locked with a number combination. To charge your laptop, notebad or phone, you can use the outlet which is in the safe. Should you need assistance, please contact the front desk.

There is a polishing mashine on the ground floor for your convenience. At the front desk you can also ask for a cleaning set.

We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside of the hotel. When you smoke in the room we charge CHF 180.00 for the cleaning fee. Should the alarm go off because of you, and the fire fighters will be called, you will be billed CHF 2,000. This also includes from smoking electronic cigarettes.

A variety of national and international programs are available. To select the program, please press the guide button after turning on the TV.

Various hygiene products are available in your room. In addition, you can also receive a toothbrush set, a shower cap or a shaving set upon request at front desk.
